Chia Berry Breakfast Bowl: Vegan and Gluten Free
Chia bowls can be whipped up in a minute, but I take a lot of care, time and attention with these guys. Into the chia seed and coconut milk mixture I add a variety of spices and aromatics. I keep the flavours subtle because the berries are the stars! I also sprinkle toasted almonds on top for a bit of texture.
